In the summer, Pineview Reservoir, 12 miles away, offers boating, water skiing, fishing and sailing. In the winter, you can ski-in/ski-out to Powder Mountain with 25 trails on three interconnected mountains.
Powder Mountain averages over 500 inches of snowfall annually. In fall, enjoy the changing leaves and wildlife often seen on the mountain. The resort is at an altitude of 9,000 feet and is 25 miles from Snow Basin Ski Resort and 15 miles from Wolf Mountain Ski Resort. A short trip down Ogden Canyon offers a variety of shopping and dining. Ski rentals available on site during the snow season.

Sorry, no pets. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced. This is a non-smoking facility. Check in is from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. Check out is at 11 a.m. A deposit is required at check in. There is a snow removal fee upon check-in during the winter months. (1-3 days $15; 4 -7 days $25)

From Salt Lake International Airport (70 miles): Take I-15 North to Ogden. Take the Ogden 12th Street exit and head east to Ogden Canyon and the Pineview Reservoir spillway. Turn left onto Hwy 158/162 (over the dam) and follow the signs to Powder Mountain Ski Resort. At the Ski Resort follow the signs to Powder Ridge Village. There is a one-mile stretch of unpaved road to the units.
*Special Note: Snowy conditions do require four-wheel drive and/or chains. There is a 10% grade on public roads. Trailers are not recommended.
