Resort Policies
An advance deposit of 1 nights room plus tax is due upon booking. Occupancy limits strictly enforced. Check in is at 4 p.m. and check out is at 10 a.m. 72 hour cancellation notice for full refund. Parking - 1 per unit. No boats, trailers or campers. Must be at least 25 years of age to check in.

From the West: Take Hwy. 98 East to Panama City Beach, turn right on Cobb Rd. (Exit J), resort is at end of the street.
