Guarantee: An non-refundable advance deposit of 1 night room and tax is due at booking to secure reservations. Exceptions: Dec. 24, 2009 - January 2, 2010, February 12 - February 14, 2010 and July 2 - July 4, 2009 requires a deposit in the form of a credit card, check or money order equal to one night's lodging per room and tax with the full balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy: To avoid any penalties, cancellations or changes in your reservation must be received 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date. Exception: Dec. 24, 2009 - January 2, 2010 requires 31 days' advance notice, July 2 - July 4, 2009 & February 12 - February 14, 2010 requires 7 day advance notice.

From the Bay Area: Take Hwy. 80 through Sacramento. Take Hwy. 50 East to South Lake Tahoe. In South Lake Tahoe, turn right at the junction of Hwy. 50 and Hwy. 89 towards Stateline. Drive approximately 4 miles, turn right on Ski Run Blvd. Go up the hill, turn left on Needle Peak. Follow signs to Heavenly Valley. Turn right on Wildwood. Turn left on Saddle Road. The resort is on the corner of Saddle and Keller Road.
From Reno International Airport: Take Hwy. 395 South from Reno Airport to Carson City. Drive through Carson City to Hwy. 50 West to Lake Tahoe. Take Hwy. 50 all the way into Stateline/South Lake Tahoe. Turn left on Ski Run Blvd. Go up the hill, turn left on Needle Peak. Follow signs to Heavenly Valley. Turn right on Wildwood. Turn left on Saddle Road. The resort is on the corner of Saddle and Keller Road.
